Product Description

Blue Raspberry is a very unique custom glittery dip. It has a "sugary Texture", a gorgeous blue base shade with unique iridescent glitter and a touch of beautiful magenta sparkles. To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.
