Ocean View is a gorgeous aqua glitter dip that is super sparkly. The different size of glitter shines beautifuly and as you move your hands, it displays shades of blue, teal, green, dark purple and magenta sparkles. To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.
