Tourmaline is part of the Fall Collection 2020. This dip color is stuning!, it's a combination of diferent size glitters which gives it dimension. Super dark background combined with some magenta/purpleish sparkles and topped with beautiful magenta holo glitter that provides changing shades of purple, fuchsia, deep orange/red and magenta. To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.
