Product Description
Crystal Opal is a semi translucent dip that can be use alone or as a topper. It has a combination or different size iridescent glitter. To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer. To use as a topper, one dip should be enough on top of any solid color dip.
