You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Returns due to:
- Because you have ordered it in error, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible within a reasonable time frame after we receive the product (unopened and in perfect condition). A full refund of the products you send (excluding the cost of shipping) will be refunded within a reasonable time frame as we are able.
- Any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the products are defective), we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable time frame of the initial notification. We will process the refund after a thorough investigation and the refund is typically within 30 days (although typically it is much faster) after investigation is complete. If we determine the product is defective a full refund including shipping will be refunded. We will also refund you the costs of mailing products back by standard shipping. If you choose to send them any other way you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
- Colors: We have made every effort to display dip colors/swatches that appear on our website as accurately as possible. Every photo taken is intended to showcase how the color looks under natural day light. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- Repeated Returns: We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.
- Products that have been open can not be returned and do not qualify for a refund.
Lost or Stolen Products:
After products are shipped and in the possession of USPS, FedEx or UPS, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We strive for customer service but mistakes by USPS, FedEx or UPS, should be taken up with your local USPS, FedEx or UPS store. If USPS, FedEx or UPS states your packages have been delivered and you did not receive them, you must take the complaint to your local USPS, FedEx or UPS store within 24 hours of stated delivery. If packages are returned due to incorrect information given by the customer, we will not refund the shipping cost.
Your order can be resubmitted with the correct shipping information and reshipped at the customer's expense.
You will be held responsible for the returned product(s)/ item(s) until they reach us. For your reference, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery.

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We typically ship products within 10 business days of the order. We strive for customer service and will get your products to you as soon as possible. We do not ship on Major Holidays.
Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we will not accept any returns or exchanges on any opened products. Any products that appear used or damaged by customer negligence will forfeit the right for refund/exchange.
Dip Powder colors can be exchanged for a different color within 14 days of purchase, color must be returned sealed and unopened. Customer will be responsible for shipping on exchanges.
