Remember Random 10?... If you are a member of our Facebook Group, I'm sure you know what this is about. This is a reborn dip currently known as Former Random 10.  It is a gorgeous sapphire blue chunky glitter dip, with touches of iridescent medium size glitter that provides multicolor shades when looked from different angles. The sparkle of this dip is out of this world!!!

To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.
