Japanese Kerria is a “limited quantity” dip powder. It’s a gorgeous semitranslucent iridescent dip with a medium purple background and touches of aqua with beautiful iridescent sparkles. It also features the cutest little yellow flower glitter shapes with a satin iridescent finish. To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.
