Justice and Freedom is a glitter dip, very easy to work with. Beautifu blue that resembles the color in the American Flag. To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.
