Lemon Meringue is a semi translucent glitter dip with a yellow background and beautiful iridescent sparkles. To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.
