What a better name for such a beautiful red glittery dip?  Ruby Slippers is the perfect red, extremely sparkly dip and super easy to work with. To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.
