Base Coat UV/LED Gel

Adrada Base Coat UV/LED Gel is a soak-off gel, it must be cured under UV or LED lamp and it can be use as a base under colored UV gel polishes. It also works with dipping powder using the "Gel Method".

Instructions:

For color UV gel polish application:

1. After pushing and removing invisible cuticles, apply our Nail Prep #1 and let it dry.

2. Apply one thin layer of Base Coat UV/LED Gel and cure for 60 seconds under LED lamp or 120 seconds under UV lamp. Do not wipe with alcohol. Curing time varies depending on how powerful your lamp is.

3. Apply your UV polish color until achieving your desired coverage curing betwen each layer.  

4. Apply our UV/LED No Wipe Gel Top or our UV/LED No Wipe Matte Gel to finish your mani.

5. Apply one of our amazing cuticle oils.

For Dip Powder - "Gel Method"

1.  As always, prep your nails very well.

2.  Apply a "very very thin" layer of Base Coat UV/LED Gel avoiding touching your skin (cuticles and side walls) and pour dip puder on your nail. Use a dotting tool or a toothpick to clean around the cuticle and sides to create a crisp application. Cure under LED lamp for 60 seconds or UV lamp for 120 seconds. Brushe off excess powder with a stif brush.

3.  Repeat step 2 until you achieve the desired coverage.

4.  File and shape your nails. Do not buff. The nails need to have a little bit of a rough surface to continue with the next step.

5.  Apply our No Wipe Top UV/LED Gel or avoiding touching your skin (cuticles and side walls) making sure you cap the free edge. Cure for 60 seconds under LED lamp or 120 seconds under UV lamp. If you want a matte finish, you can use our No Wipe Matte UV/LED Gel instead.

6. Apply one of our amazing cuticle oils.

Note: Keep in mind that all UV/LED lamps are different, some are more powerful than others. Depending on the kind of lamp you have, you may need to adjust curing time.
