Product Description
Chistmas Peppermint is a semitranslucent glitter dip, it has a fine semitransparent crystal white glitter and a combination of medium and chinky holographyc red glitter. It can be applied by itself to achieve a soft translucen look and it can also be used as a topper dip, best if use on top of our French White or Milky White dip to achieve a more opaque look.
To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.

LOVE the translucent base on this. It's so pretty and happy for the holidays! I feel like you could make it work for Valentines day, or something patriotic as well. Lays very nicely :)
