Mermaid Tail is a gorgeous glitter dip. The fine glitters makes it very easy to work with. The beautiful 2 tone glitter mix will give you deep ocean blue, teal and purple/magenta sparkles. Perfect combination for a Mermaid theme manicure. To achieve better coverage, "lay" fingernail flat on the dip powder. To get a smoother application, flatten the glitter with your finger using a baggie each time you apply a layer.
