Milky Blue Glow is a very light sheer milky withe base dip with a hint of blue that glows in the dark… It has the finest little shimmer in it that is only visible when shining a flashlight on it or under sunlight. Please keep in mind that this color needs to be charged either with natural sunlight or UV light in order for it to glow. Once fully charged, it will glow a beautiful blue shade. This color will look different depending on the light setting, sometimes it will look whiter. When you put it against a white background, you will be able to see the blue tint a little bit more. Please note that, due to its translucent nature, your nail bed and tip area will come through giving it a natural ombre look. The pink nail bed color and beige color of the nail tips is what gives the ombre effect.
