1% Milk Glow is a beautiful milky translucent/sheer white that glows in the dark. It is more translucent than our Milky White dip powder. Please keep in mind that this color needs to be charged either with natural sunlight or UV light in order for it to glow. Once fully charged, it will glow a beautiful bright white. Please note that, due to its translucent nature, your nail bed and tip area will come through giving it a natural ombre look. The pink nail bed color and beige color of the nail tips is what gives the ombre effect.
